Blooming Fizz: Tequila

Ingredients:

  • 1½oz Tequila

  • 1oz Lemon juice

  • ½oz St. Germain

  • Splash of simple syrup

  • 3oz Champagne

Directions:

  1. In a shaker tin, add lemon juice, St. Germain, simple syrup, and tequila. Add ice to shaker last.

  2. Shake vigorously and strain ingredients into a champagne flute.

  3. Top cocktail off with Champagne.
